By accessing, registering on, or using the heyvip platform in any way, you confirm that you have read these Terms and Conditions in full and that you agree to be bound by them. heyvip offers a welcome bonus on your first deposit, as well as ongoing promotions for existing members. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated at the time the bonus is offered. These terms include wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum deposit amounts, and expiry dates.

Wagering requirements specify how many times you must wager the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit, depending on the offer) before any winnings derived from the bonus can be withdrawn. For example, a 10x wagering requirement on a ৳1,000 bonus means you must place ৳10,000 in qualifying bets before withdrawing bonus-derived winnings.

• Bonuses are credited to your account automatically or upon request, depending on the promotion.
• Only one welcome bonus is available per player, per household, and per payment method.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash directly.

All games on heyvip use a certified random number generator (RNG) to determine outcomes. Game results are final once confirmed by the system. heyvip does not alter game outcomes after the fact, and no player or staff member has the ability to influence a certified RNG result.

In the event of a technical fault during a game — such as a disconnection, server error, or software malfunction — heyvip will attempt to resolve the round based on the game state at the time of the fault. If a round cannot be completed or verified, the bet will be voided and the stake returned to your account.

• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and are displayed within each game interface.
• Bets placed in error cannot be cancelled once confirmed by the system.
• heyvip is not responsible for losses resulting from a player's misunderstanding of game rules.
• Live dealer game results are determined by the physical outcome of the game as recorded by the live feed. In the event of a dispute, the recorded footage is the final reference.
• Sports betting results are determined by the official result of the relevant sporting event. heyvip uses recognised official sources to confirm results.

heyvip maintains a fair and secure environment for all members. The following actions are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Creating more than one heyvip account.
• Using software, bots, scripts, or any automated tools to interact with the platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors for financial gain. Any winnings obtained this way will be voided.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Providing false identity information during registration or verification.
• Attempting to reverse, charge back, or dispute legitimate transactions with your payment provider.
• Abusing the bonus system by creating multiple accounts or using coordinated strategies to extract bonus value.

heyvip reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account that is found to be in breach of these Terms and Conditions. In cases of serious breach — including fraud, money laundering, or multi-accounting — heyvip may forfeit the entire account balance.

• Suspended accounts may be reinstated at heyvip's discretion following investigation.
• Permanently closed accounts cannot be reopened.
